If fabrics could speak... what stories would they tell?
Once again I open my home based studio to you for SALA every Saturday and Sunday in August from 10am till 4pm. This year a selection of artworks will also be audio described with tactile QR codes and indicators on the floor.
Each Sunday I will give an different artist talk at 1pm.
August 6th will be Auslan interpreted.
August 13th includes a Sensory Tour. Please do book for this as spaces are limited. https://events.humanitix.com/if-fabrics-could-speak-artist-talk-catherine-fitz-gerald-sensory-tour
August 20th I’ll share some of the community stories I will be gathering throughout July and August. Please contact me if you want to be a part of the project.
August 27th I’ll chat about how the project & evolving art installation is progressing and what comes next.
Please contact me to discuss your access needs, additional Auslan interpreted talks and individual participation sessions can be added as needed. www.catherinefitz-gerald.com/contact ph 0481215753
