Exhibition ‘Submerge’ - Praxis ArtSpace
WATER WAYS 2020 is a 14 minute short film designed to give those in isolation an online experience of a gallery visit. Grab yourself a coffee, sit back and immerse yourself in this exploration of water and its abscence. Take the time to view this on a large screen, rather than your phone, and let the artworks fill your gaze. Listen to 8 voices aged 7 to 70 respond to the artworks.

Sarah Ninio, a 12 year old artist, held her SALA exhibition and fundraiser at my home during SALA this year. I was very proud to be asked to open her show.
Every year I give a short talk during my Open Studio for the South Australian Living Artists Festival. I got a little carried away with colourful water based idioms 'sprinkled' through our language!
Behind me to the left of screen are Keren Seelander's emotive abstracts, while some of my 'Blue Space' series can be seen to the right. Many thanks to Joseph Ninio for filming the talk.
It’s time of year again with another artist’s talk at my open studio during SALA.
‘Seasons’ was opened in 2008 by Anna Flanders, Managing Editor of Adelaide Matters. The changing faces of nature have inspired musicians, poets and artists for as long as seasons have turned. These are subjects I love exploring and I was lucky to be joined by seven wonderful children, (between the ages of two and fifteen), who also painted a piece each for the show.
